there you go again. once again proving that its more important for suncom to kick sand in the evil ones face than it is to create value for shareholders Oh yeah? Well here I go again: in this case I don't see the distinction. The outrageously usurious pricing for Office is one of Microsoft's most despicable bullying tactics--as is shown by the endless press items that are appearing about it--and a major point of vulnerability. There have been so many bad things about Office (in both the product quality sense and the ethical sense) throughout its history that there's a real chance a low-cost near-equivalent product from Sun and/or the Open Source community could loosen the MSFT stranglehold on that huge market. It's (potentially) good for shareholders and McNealy is doing the right thing on their behalf to pursue it. He's not asking for legislation, he's trying to help market forces do what they're bound to do, just a little quicker. --QS
