Hi Ken, Interesting article. I don't understand the terms "securitization" and "loan syndication". Can you explain them? BTW as of 12:49 EST you are under water by .29/share or about $2900. Are you in for the long(er) term now? What do you think about the computer equity markets if the bond & mortgage markets are in for a correction? Will our capital markets bail us out?
