WO0050639, the 2900 page application with a gazillion claims, has been republished with search report.

As can be expected, it's dinged with proposed prior art.

But, moreover, the examiner says that "a lack of clarity and conciseness....... arises to such an extent as to render a meaningful search of the claims impossible."

I can't remember a situation where shareholders have been abused, to this degree, by an entrenched and incompetent Board.
