This is so strange. I thought I lived in a friendly neighborhood and at least in the morning I do. I usually jog in the morning and say hi or good morning to everyone I pass and I can't remember the last time somebody didn't respond with a hi, hello, good morning or similar. Today I slept late and just got back from running now. I said hi to 5 people I passed and didn't get one answer. I just don't understand.
