Well Dan the word pre emptive strike is by definition an offensive action...........Defense reacts to the attack of others, a preemtptive strike is simply an "attack" sorta like Hitler and his Blitzkreig's getting the enemy before they have a chance to act......this is the same BS dumb people buy into and they cheer in the streets as you murder innocent citizens of other nations in the name of "security"
