Everybody, all analysts, are saying there's a bubble in real estate, which means there's no bubble. Where were these public analysts when the NAS was 5000 when there really was a bubble? Quiet, I can or can't hear it. If inflation is coming real estate is going higher not lower especially if the mortgage is transferrable.
