At first glance, it looks like only 1/4 of the new financing is a floorless; the deal is unusual because 1/4 comes from insiders, 1/4 from floorless bandits and half from a single institutional investor. Looks like they were well aware of the consequences of a 100% floorless deal. The net effect should be to drag out the agony by a few more quarters. Boring.
