Searle,
I was in a restaurant here in Portland years ago that did make milkshakes and they added Rum and I don't remember what else but whiskey could have been one of the featured alcohol/milkshake combos. You will have to settle for that.
Let's hope the breakout lasts, but appears to already be waining somewhat.
