Yes, it was COF, and it wasn't addressssed specifically to me either -- it was one of those "based on your place of residence" pitches that target consumers in particular neighbourhoods.

Then again, maybe they just noticed that my roof could stand a bit of work and they wanted to be first in line to do the financing ROFL
