History never repeats itself in detail, but the bigger picture can often be quite similar. I think this Project for a New American Century has much of the same overall goals that were seen in Germany when Rumsfeld was just a tot. This may be the last chance for a worldwide conquest with control in the hands of an elite. The world was moving toward checks and balances that would have precluded that form of New World Order.
