One further, Your WPM fears. You should be more fearful of some fringe psycho with no country, no land, no people to defend using one of these; than of a physical country using one it already has. You should be more fearful that once one is used, that one will be used in retaliation. Then What? Also? Define Mass Destruction? If a cluster bomb is dropped on your head.
