Some good clues in here -

10:39AM GM offers 0% financing for 60-month term (GM) by August Cole

General Motors (GM) said Thursday it will offer consumers zero-percent loans on its 2002 models for up to 60 months. The deal covers all of the company's vehicles, an unusual step because most discounts or rebates have been selective and don't apply to the faster-selling models. This program is designed to clear lots of 2002 models; most zero-percent programs are for short-term loans of 36 months. For the automaker's 2003 models, the same previously announced discounts still apply. Shares of the Dow component fell 46 cents to $43.28.
