Sorry, left HOMS a year ago I'm not changing my profile (kind of as a memorial) Do have plenty of stories... Technologically we were doing wonderful things, Low and medium level business wise we were also acting appropriately (no project was begun unless an ROI calculation was done, the vetting of those ROI assumptions is a different matter), Leadership wise, all the employees loved and believed in the CEO Were we being fiscally sound? Well the employees repeatedly asked the CFO and COO these types of questions (over and over again) in open company meetings. We were being told we were acting appropriately...
