totally understood. that's why i covered half. ACF is a multiple-equilibria game now, the question is just which one it picks -- $5 or $15.

remind me again how much he put into LVLT? it seems to me that it wouldn't be worth his time to even take a call from ACF if the investment opportunity is only $100mm.
