Thanks Richard. Believe me, I don't take lightly being so outwardly critical of Bob. I very much wish he would do his own explaining and then I'd accept it for better or worse.

Since he refuses to accept responsibility and explain himself. I can see no reason to accept his silence. His actions are highly suggestive of someone who is in over his head in waist high water.
