The whole world stood up and told the US not to take any action that is not sanctioned by the Security Council -- this after a year of Cheney, saying he speaks for the President, travelling the world and visiting foreign leaders to preach his policy of an Iraqi invasion even if total disarmament of Iraq is achieved. The US was stupid to take this line and would be stupid to do what it has said it would do -- which is to invade Iraq alone and unilaterally even if Iraq is inspected and disarmed. Is the US that stupid? If you believe Cheney -- the answer is yes.
