Jake...

It's only a hunch, but I'm reasonably satisfied that the market will go much lower from here. No way would I put money into any stock in tech...the risk is just too great for the moment. The moment may be another year...who's to know?

What is astounding to me is how much of their revenue CSCO has put into employee options. Essentially, if they are properly expensed as I feel they should be, it has made the company a profitless entity. Why invest into that kind of environment? Look at LU...about $5 B in cash, and a stock price under $1. My gosh, market cap is now less than cash! Who would have guessed at that a year ago?

Over time, tech will again be a growth market, so I'll continue to look for good companies, and if I can buy back in at a really fair price, I'll do so. I don't expect to see that for some months.
