Sharp,

IMHO it's not worth the trouble.

I'm taking a break from a meeting right now and wanted to pass along a comment I heard. Turned into an interesting discussion.

Isn't it interesting how the large American/European electronic OEM's were able to move a sizable chunk of assets off their books to the EMS Providers over the last several years. Take Lucent, they sold most of the their facilities at the top but are still barely hanging on.

Now who purchased the real estate and capital equipment at the top? Solectron, Flextronics, Jabil, Sanmina-SCI and Celestica. Hell they raced each other to see who could be the biggest, baddest EMS Provider.

Well guess what, these assets in a down market aren't worth as much and the banks and bond holders will want their money back. SLR is in deep with their zero's and the banks have turned off the money. In the best of times, these companies have tight margins..

I believe the carnage and shake is just beginning.

BTW: You all get PGO's ass back up over $1.00.

Back to work...
