IP video conferencing, This is something we need now, imo. Is this related to VoIP in some way? I had a job a few months ago and we had to do a lot of phone meetings, this was a ghastly process, everytime somebody would come or go in the meeting there was a buzz on the line- but you didn't know who it was! You should just log into a website and watch people move in and out of the room, this should be a part of the corporate phone system imo not a separate service. BTW mindmeld, I agree employees would like cash better than options but then there is no retention, especially idea retention that encourages employees to put their best effort into the company- thats the issue. Anyway it has worked in the past but I agree cisco could cut some of the excess out and not grant so many. L
