I am not sure that this is a REIT but it does own and lease property. W. P. Carey & Co. LLC (WPC) is a real estate investment company that acquires and owns commercial properties leased to companies nationwide, primarily on a triple net basis. Info here.. biz.yahoo.com And the chart does not look to bad to me.. Any opinions? Hal
