since this thread harbors more msft skeptics than sycophants, let me warn you all not rpt not to attempt to download the latest beta of ie4.0 directly to your machine. i did, and it screwed up the registry to a fare thee well - nothing worked, not even in safe mode.(the only program that did work was a ten year old norton commander in dos) i finally had to do a complete reinstal of win95, but had to buy a new copy because one of my original diskettes was corrupted(i've never known a diskettte to become corrupted while lying in a plastic box for a couple of years); and it two installations to get it right. the unreliability of msft's products; the quirkiness of win95 with its inexplicable crashes; the company's imperial arrogance - i could go on, but you get the point. the connection of all this to cosff is - how long do you think corel would survive if the quality of its products was as low as msft's?? tom
