It is a lot to consider. Todd (or anyone else), so what does it come down to for you? I think we have to trust Safeguard's management and expertise at creating shareholder value. I can put faith in that for now, in the form of time, but I don't want this thing to drag out into the 2nd half of fiscal '98! Any ideas on how long, if ever, a turnaround will take? I know it's iffy, but you (Todd) are the resident expert on NM. Thank you very much, in advance, John
