I like to watch those for over reaction to news. Sometimes you can play a bounce for a nice return, like I did on SUNW a couple of weeks ago that I posted here. Got roughly 30% off that swing.

Check out EDS today (its warning after the bell yesterday looks like the reason IBM dropped). First, will EDS likely bounce? It ought to, at some point. Second, imagine owning some EDS puts into yesterday's close; some folks made a killing (lucky maybe? but who cares) on those. Boy, hit the right side of a trade with this volatility and score big.

EDS call holders got hammered (unfortunately).

IBM may bounce but I wouldn't want to stay long for long on it.
