Peter, this is from the 1997 Annual Report:

1) I think all of CLTK's business is GaAs.
2) Not applicable, but the Company is changing from being a defense
related supplier to a commercial supplier. In FY1993, 90% of revenues
were defense related, in FY1997 only 37% of revenues were defense
related.
3) Historically, gross margins on commercial sales have been lower
than defense sales.
4) In 4/97, the Company leased 25,000 sf manufacturing space for the
wireless subsystems operations division.
