Hal, WPC has performed well and continued to grow FFO during difficult times. The growth is almost flat now. They raise the dividend a tiny amount every quarter. I think it is a good REIT to buy on dips, but it is mildly expensive now in terms of FFO multiple and trading only 1% below it's all time high while many REITs are 10% off their highs. I would average in if you want to buy some at these levels. Richard
