That's much ado about nothing relevant. I'd seen enough charges against Pluvia melt away, prior to his appearance on this thread, to know the guts of his statements, no matter how repulsive in form and wrong in initial appearance to long investors, had been typically true in the main. I even admired him/they/it a bit.

However, again, Terayon was selling DOCSIS products, was/is a member of the DOCSIS standards body itself(not every modem sellers is), and DOCSIS was a major part of their strategy for the future when Pluvia, who highly valued the importance of DOCSIS in his report, stated un-equivocally that they did not offer DOCSIS products at all. Currently, Terayon sells the very first modems to receive DOCSIS 1.1 certification.

It's black and white, he F****D-up bad when falsely stating Terayon didn't sell DOCSIS products, and if I had my druthers, he'd pay dearly for the irresponsible and clearly illegal lie contained in his report in support of his short position.

His failure to admit to his error and apologize in the face of its obvious clarity, was the last straw for me(I'd already noticed he is a filthy-mouthed arrogant nut-case).

I've read Pluvia correct and prove folks wrong, who had made charges against him before, but he has never, will never, and can never offer a word that would prove me wrong in my charge against him here. Might as well face it.
