***Call the Nasdaq Bottom, 2002 Edition***

This call is a bit of a long shot with the freight train currently heading down hill full throttle. But hey, if the support line of the 1974 Adjusted Rising Megaphone (Expanding Triangle) holds, I win. If it doesn't, I don’t.

It is more likely the NYSE Comp will holds its 7/24 low than the COMPX given the current momentum. At any rate, if the COMPX 74 Rising Megaphone is going to fail it will likely fail in a day or so. With the extreme oversold conditions, if the support line holds tomorrow a reversal rally is certainly a possibility. If so, and the boyz move the price action sharply, it should trigger short covering which would facilitate the initial rally distribution.

For the year 2002 the actual number is 1192.42, the actual time is 09:39 ET.
