I just don't see us positioned for that kind of rally. IMO I've never seen such a negative feeling by what I would consider "the average investor"....and the feeling of just "put the money" under the mattress, LOL! Does that mean we've seen capitulation? (I really dislike that word BTW...I'm tired of hearing it mentioned!) The local news here just showed a picture of the missile test which you saw....it apparently could be seen all over the state, as well as parts of Arizona.
