That's old news, Karen. Ritter was testifying before the Senate in 99 that Iraq could have the bomb within days or weeks if it smuggled in fissile material. Considering the frequency with which the Turks catch illicit fissile materials being smuggled through Turkey, and Iraq's existing know how on centrifuge enrichment, that is NOT an encouraging thought. Saddam DID have an extensive biological and chemical weapons program capable of producing TONS of weapons grade material. I know of no expert that claims Iraq has been disarmed of these.
