I met with a company like that a few months ago IN nYC. I produce some Independant films. They told me they would do a co-production deal where if we put up 2 million they would raise 200million through dirivitives. I asked him who was the counter party holding the risk if it were not Me or him. He said everyone gets a litlle. I said what if we produce ISHTAR?-g-
