First, thanks for your reply to my inquiry RE: SPCT. I was, indeed,
going to ask you about the above statement made by Garretson; you
beat me to it! If indeed this is to be a secondary offering, I would
view it as a negative, wouldn't you? I'm not real confortable with
FA (read: "I don't know sh*t" <G>), so look forward to your input.
