You forgot to mention DISCOS!!!!!

Probably not justified, but since Israel could be characterized as a garrison state (populated and run by majority military personnel), it isn't completely clear. And since the Palestinians are in the process of being driven off their land by nominal civilians, that makes things even murkier.
