This is that bear analyst who had the worst prediction going forward going into the last quarter (revenue in the 300's somewhere). Then they said in a research note no IT spending pickup for 18 mos from those levels.

This analyst really doesn't like sebl, it seems, vs the others who generally have sebl above other softwares. WR Hambrecht for example downgraded Orcl to sell and sebl to hold after the orcl numbers, but prior sebl was a buy. Its only this bear analyst who thinks sebl is the worst company in the sector. Also they do a bit of grandstanding issuing comments on quiet mkt days vs. after the oracle results like everybody else.

I'm a little skeptical because I know for a fact that CIOs will not make predictions 18 mos out. The only way an analyst could predict no pickup for sebl is if sebl had internal issues- a very long product introduction cycle or something so that there was nothing to sell. (I know that isn't true btw).
