Beavis, My research on SPCT's management revealed these guys are top notch. They know how to drive shareholder value up! They are experienced. They are also very good managers.
If its more stock, and I say if, because I don't know yet, it is not necessarily negative. Short term, yes a dilution may cause the price to go down, but if the company is raising "cheap" cash, to finance entry into vast and growing markets, or for better technology, or to pay down expensive debt, etc., it could be very positive. Medium to long term, I thinks its smart for SPCT to raise cash which they need to fully exploit this dynamic and growing market and business sector.
But to fully analyze this, we need more facts, such as how many shares, plans for the cash, etc.
