yes. but are there not somewhat larger issues here... i.e. options nationally in sat manufacturing...and loss of one of the players.. serious question. i.e. is this an industry that gets one of those special circumstances nods... probably a non question anyway. if they bk, debt holders will rule the roost. shareholders won't have an interest either way. so the question becomes moot. but it is a curiosity to me.. if it were anyone else... i'd have no interest whatsoever or surprise.
