A brutal week for the semi-equips, the Group is down 14
percent. All 28 stocks were down ranging from NVLS at -7
percent to EGLS at -42 percent. Eight stocks were down 20
percent or more. The SOX was down 11 percent and the
NASDAQ was down 5 percent.
