You are right about the American girl. However, Diba was beautiful, no? So the Shaw had redeeming attributes after all. I remembered her name but I thought she was American.

My memory does the best it can, but I don't try to selectively remember. Your memory must be much better than mine because you seem to be an expert on everything.

I can, however, find all my old marten trap sets that I ran back in the 50s even though some of the trees have fallen down, the undergrowth has grown up, and I always saw them when the snow was six feet deep. I can even remember which ones I caught marten in.
