Ray, as part of the tidying up of Iraq, I think Kuwait should be thrown in to the pot as spoils of war. Kuwaitis should share that oil with their historic cuzzies up the river. That would provide a much better cash flow for government of the area.

Maybe carve Iraq up into two or three democratic countries within a new United Nations framework.

The original national boundaries drawn in the sand by departing British were perhaps okay at the time, but times have changed.
