Hi Claude, long time no see and welcome to the I-hub thread. I still hold to the position that we are in a long secular bear market (see this post from April 2000- #reply-13483082, I have since halved the down target for the Naz, mind you) in which over a long period of time earnings are going to catch up with valuations, and we will end with a lengthy period of under valuation, like in the summer of 1982. Within this bear market I see cyclical bear markets followed by cyclical bull markets, and within each cyclical bear, few counter trend rallies which I try to exploit. Right here, I think we are at the tail end of the first some would say the second) cyclical bear and I expect a cyclical bull market lasting perhaps as long as mid to late 2004, no clear yet on the exact timing.
