I agree. The concept that you can't use Foreign Intelligence to make a US criminal case is such a bad decision that you know it is CYA. Same thing that happened in the earlier FBI case where they got turned down on a search warrant for the Terrorist's computer.

What makes it worse is that I know nothing going on in Washington right now is going to make it better. Look how many times Israel had to be hit before they finally wised up to what had to be done. I suspect it will take a couple of more hits on us before attitudes finally change.
