Sounds like the Norwegians are a little paranoid when it comes to us Americans. Nothing could be further from the truth from what the press is spreading over in Norway. Everything I hear is in support of Moe. If Moe would have nominated a slate of directors prior to the proxy being sent out then everyone could have voted for him and not allowed the ADR votes to go to PGO by default. Moe has only Moe to blame for all the ADR votes going to PGO. A little more time given to the shareholders and a little more information would have prevented all of Moe's problems. Don't blame the Americans for the ignorance of the Norwegians. We're on your side, but we can't help if you structure the deal so we don't have a vote!!!!!!! Jim
