The US should not have given him the green light to go into Kuwait to begin with.

Those sanctions should have been removed years ago, but since our government needs a boogeyman, Saddam is the man.

As for his mansions, are they any more repugnant than the matriarchal dollhouses we see springing up in former fields of food and fiber?
