It was absolutely critical to use them in Somalia, instead of pulling them out. How many millions have died in Africa since then? We could have done something about that. Instead, we get attacked. The shame of Clinton is one thing, but the blood on his hands will be long remembered.

The new Bush Doctrine will put an end to it once and for all.
