I meant read - reply, not post, repost per se. Repost to the poster, so to speak. That and subject marks are good features. PM ing is a good thing too.

Interface is all. It should be called Interfacenet.

But you have to know how it is created. Hypernews is capable of giving you an SI like interface. It looks antiquated but what is beneath the surface is all.

If browsers were improved the net would swing upwards again. The browser is what is antiquated really.

I use opera and it is a much different and faster surfing experience than Nutscrape and Exploryecch.

If browsers did things like save pages to a real grid database that was truly organizable/resortable/reindexable easily.. then (re)surfing would improve and so would the net commercial viability. Drop down lists don't make it.

Someone should organize the net like a yellow pages with infinite categories of content indexes. I would pay big bucks to have a database like that. Yahoo could have done it, but it does not make it.

It should also be easy to change you webpage by editing it directly. Right now small changes to pages are too hard. you should be able to click on a page and edit it.

Page updating in columns should have been possible in XHTML. It still is not properly implemented.
