And for the past year the whole world pulled away from any kind of coalition with us because of our policy.

Pulled away from what? You erroneously assume that a year ago there was a coalition willing to support "disarm or else". It didn't exist. They haven't "pulled away" from anything. Rather they have moved from, at best, ambivalence toward Iraq nearly all the way TO support for "disarm or else."

The Security Council will NOT back a policy of regime change -- but they will support a policy of disarmament or else.

What the hell do you think the "or else" is? Seems pretty obvious - if he does not disarm, he will be forcibly disarmed AND removed. Do you really think he could maintain his grip on power in Iraq after a UN sponsored invasion. And even if you think he could, why would you think the UN should leave him in power?

BTW, Bill didn't ask you to explain again what you believe you know about what goes on in foreign policy circles. Why would he? He's probably getting tired of you fallacy-filled "explanations" anyway. No, he challenged you to produce a direct quote from a reliable source where Cheney said the United States WILL invade a disarmed Iraq. It's a simple request.
