Here is another way of looking at the present situation. The following table is obtained by compiling data from NASDAQ/IBES. It shows the consensus of 12 month price targets for the Group(3rd column) and "Momentum"(4th and 5th) columns which is defined as the number of estimates changed, up or down, in the last 4 weeks. Note the big imbalance in positive(12) estimate changes versus negative(79) estimate changes in the past 4 weeks.
