Your summary of the Cassidy piece certainly tries to make the Clinton administration responsible for the stock option fiasco. All this is thread OT since I was simply sending a reading suggestion to Bill, not inviting a conversation about the issue.

Suffice to say Cassidy has a much more complicated view of the ways in which stock options came into being as basic executive compensation and which social sectors and actos might be responsible for them.
