Thursday is the last trading day. The TXO's trade until 4:15 pm.

Things are more tricky in the U.S. The OEX is based on the S&P 100 index while the S&P Futures are more closely related to the S&P 500 options contract. This is because of historical reasons. The OEX was the first index option contract and remains popular.

The many index futures and options contracts in the U.S. expire at different times. This is to reduce the wild closes which use to occur when they were all based on the friday close.

According to post 2912 from the Big K thread the Naz futures were down 10 points as of 10:30 pm. I guess we will see a lower opening tomorrow as you predicted.

Good night.
