Amazing the things the US can afford. The Crusader. An absolutely worthless BMD system. War on Terrorism; war in Afghanistan; War in Iraq. Cheney noted a month or two ago that ~40 countries are seeking or have a Cruise Missile capability .... as opposed to the handful of countries that are pursuing a Ballistic Missile capability. Look for a Cruise Missile Defense [CMD] system coming your way soon. On the other hand, we need to tighten the old belt when it comes to drought relief for farms. The very first President to come up with a $2T Federal Budget and talks about fiscal restraint. I think we're paying $25B for servicing Reagan's [primarily] debt per year. But a $6B one time expense for drought relief, we can't afford. I suppose if those small farmers go bankrupt, they can be bought up on the cheap by ADM. jttmab
