The NASDAQ appears to be giving those companies whose stocks are below $1 as long as they can get a way with it to either effect reverse splits or find renewed buying interest. As far as the articles go that I posted here the author's ultimate low targets surprised me too but who really knows where the future will take us? I do know that we cannot argue with the logic associated with VIX extremes. I also cannot find fault with the Zeev post that you linked. Extremes in either direction must correct. The entire SOX now has an RSI just barely under 31: stockcharts.com[h,a]daclyyay[pb50,200!d20,2!c20!c10][vc60][iUb14!Uk14!La12,26,9]&pref=G The index is way oversold but it can get a bit more oversold before hitting the lower Bollinger Band at 242. Lets say this happens tomorrow morning? What we will have as a result almost always results in a rally because the SOX price will have stretched itself more than 10% below the 10 day moving average to the lower Bollinger Band at an RSI of 30 or below. If this happens then we will have a snap back rally no matter how bad the news is after the fact. Hope you got some rest G. You stayed up way too late last night! Question for you and everyone; Do you have a link to a free site where I can program a stock screener by industry for RSI below 20? Silicon Investor no longer offers this feature. Thanks, RtS
